We want you to be confident working with Origineup LLC. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work across our subscriptions, consultations, and custom projects. These are the terms we will honor.
1. Design Care subscriptions
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing us.
- Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period. We do not provide partial-period refunds for monthly plans.
- Annual plans may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within 14 daysof purchase if the plan's benefits have not yet been substantially used.
- If we are unable to deliver a paid subscription benefit, we will refund or credit it.
2. Design consultations & deposits
- A paid consultation/deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
- If you proceed with a project, your consultation fee is credited toward the project.
- Once the consultation has taken place, the fee is non-refundable, as it covers the designer's time and preparation.
3. Custom design projects
- Custom projects are governed by the signed proposal / statement of work (SOW).
- Project deposits become non-refundable once design work begins, because work and resources are committed at that point.
- Milestone payments already invoiced for completed work are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-project, you are responsible for work completed up to the cancellation date; any unearned balance is refunded.
4. How to request a refund
Email billing@origineup.com with your order or project reference and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution while we provide documentation to the payment processor.
