Origineup provides custom interior and exterior design services, including consultations, monthly design subscriptions (Starter, Premium and Business — the "Subscription Plans"), and bespoke design projects. 2. Accounts & requests
When you submit a project request you agree to provide accurate information. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any images, plans, or materials you upload, and that doing so does not infringe third-party rights.
3. Payments & subscriptions
- Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). By paying, you also agree to the processor's terms.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period (monthly or annually) until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.
- Custom projects are billed per the approved SOW, typically a paid consultation/deposit followed by milestone invoices.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
4. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, design concepts, drawings, and materials we create remain our property until the relevant fees are paid in full, at which point agreed deliverables are licensed or transferred to you per the SOW. Our website content, branding, and photography may not be copied without permission.

You agree to provide timely access, approvals, and information needed to deliver the services. Delays caused by late approvals or third parties (e.g. contractors, suppliers) may affect timelines and costs.
6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
